We want you to be completely satisfied with yourΒ BTK CardVault CollectiblesΒ purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles,Β all sales are final.Β We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is significantly different from what was described, or arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact usΒ within 48 hours of deliveryΒ with:

  • YourΒ order number
  • Clear photosΒ of the item and packaging
  • AΒ brief descriptionΒ of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer aΒ replacement or store creditΒ at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact usΒ within 7 days of the delivery dateΒ and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelledΒ within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through ourΒ Contact page.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.Β Shipping costs areΒ non-refundableΒ unless the error was on our part.
